Session Breakdown

I. Psychoeducation

Learn the science and mechanisms behind each weekly theme in order to gain internal locus of control of your ADHD Nervous System.

Consistent mindfulness practice will help you transform being present from a passing state, into a consistent trait for improved focus, emotional-regulation and decision making.

II. Meditation Training

Through Therapuetic Journaling, you will gain greater awareness and control over your internal narrative.

III. Self-Authorship

New weekly tools to scaffold your attention towards your most important values and to execute on your highest priority goals.

IV. Executive Skill Implementation
