The Mind & Sport Institute (MSI) is a non for profit organization that helps athletes reach self actualization. We are dedicated to building a scientific understanding of the athletic brain in peak performance and applying it to mentally develop athletes to their full potential.

Strategy
Dedication to Research. MSI is dedicated to leading research into understanding the mind and brains of elite athletes while in peak performance and pioneering the application of contemplative practices to develop such athletic mental excellence. MSI seeks truth through a collaborative way of knowing that combines experiential knowledge from elite athletes with methods of research from contemporary scientific inquiry. We are continually seeking and open to collaborative research with scientists, practitioners and athletes.
- Research Partnerships. MSI is actively seeking and open to creating new partnerships with scientists, universities, and sporting communities. We are open to supporting research as practitioners, researchers as well as supporting the publication and promotion/marketing.

The Mind & Sport annual conferences is currently being created with the spirit of collaboration, appreciating that through cross discipline education from elite athletes, scientists, sport psychologist, philosophers and contemplatives we can help share and build the most integral understanding athletic peak performance. Our mission is to investigate the elite athletic mind and experience in order to discover a Wmore complete understanding of the nature of sport excellence as well as develop an applicable body of knowledge that promotes athletic peak performance and well-being.
